Hi, follow these instructions to Restore Computer to FactoryDefault Settings guide shows you how to restore a computer to factory settings.and also explains how to backup pc data when Windows wont start.

Switch on your computer.and immediately look for an option that reads something like "F4" Recovery". Then repeatedly hit that keyboard button. It should look something like this:

press the F4 key a number of times. Now I select the Restore option and then Complete Restore
