1st, the main computer that shares adsl dial up connection and 2nd computer needs to have access to Internet.

ADSL Dial Up Internet Connection.
1. Go to Start and click on Control Panel.
2. Click on network status and tasks in Control Panel.

3. Click on Change adapter settings.

4. Here it will show network connections available on computer, and you should right click on the dial up connection and click on Properties.

5.Go to Sharing tab.
6. Tick on check box Allow other network users to connect through this computer’s Internet connection.

7. Go to Networking tab,un-tick File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks and Client for Microsoft Networks check boxes.Click OK.

8.Now it will be shown with Shared word.

9.On the other computer which is connected to wireless ad hoc or wired connection,
10.Now you need to configure its network adapter to obtain IP address and DNS settings automatically.

11.2nd computer will be assigned IP address in the 192.168.1xx.xx range.
12.Now You can able to access adsl Internet through that ICS host computer.
If you have any problem to network two computers,make sure there is no firewall blocking on ICS host computer.
